On August 8, 2025, Jinxing Group Co., Ltd. celebrated its magnificent 30th birthday. The company held a grand ceremony marking its three-decade milestone, bringing together corporate leaders, outstanding employee representatives from its four major bases, and partners to witness this historic and glorious moment.

At the ceremony, Chairman Wu Jun delivered an emotional address: "Over the past 30 years, Jinxing Group has grown from a small parts factory into a national-level specialized and sophisticated SME ('Little Giant') with over 400 patents and products sold in over 20 countries worldwide. This achievement owes everything to the dedication and perseverance of every Jinxing employee."

From 1995 to 2020, the company completed its first entrepreneurial journey—transitioning "from nothing to something" and advancing "from following to running abreast" with industry leaders. Since 2020, facing market transformations, the company decisively launched its "Second Entrepreneurship," focusing on the "Clean Energy + Hydrogen Equipment" strategy. It successfully introduced new product lines including high-speed skid-mounted compressors and LNG liquefaction units, achieving a green energy transformation.

The next five years will be critical for this Second Entrepreneurship. We will:

Strengthen strategic direction: Build a "One Headquarters + Four Bases" structure, establishing a hydrogen energy hub in Southwest China.
Enhance technological innovation: Drive breakthroughs in products, processes, and management.
Deepen global markets: Expand hydrogen energy and service-oriented manufacturing while improving overseas service systems.
Accelerate digital transformation: Implement the "553 Special Project" to build smart factories and advance AI integration.
Solidify talent foundation: Promote our corporate culture of "family-like cohesion and military-style discipline," ensuring the "Forever Forward" Jinxing spirit endures.

The celebration featured a vibrant atmosphere with dazzling performances. Sichuan opera face-changing, dynamic dances, and band performances captivated the audience. Employee-created acts showcased Jinxing talent with heartfelt sincerity. The Path of Struggle, a powerful recital by model workers—including recipients of Sichuan Province’s Outstanding Communist Party Member, Labor Model, May 1st Labor Medal, and "Sichuan Craftsman" honors, as well as Chengdu Municipal People’s Congress deputies and "Chengdu Craftsman" awardees—resonated deeply. Their voices traced personal growth at Jinxing, embodying the craftsman spirit that "ordinary deeds forge greatness."

The dance Dream Sets Sail Again, performed by the Shigao Base team, expressed Jinxing employees’ boundless optimism for the future through spirited rhythm and uplifting energy. Subsequently, the grand chorus Boundless Oceans, Vast Skies (a Cantopop classic) by representatives from Hongguang Base departments ignited the climax, its soaring vocals echoing Jinxing’s fearless ambition to conquer new heights.

Amid resounding applause, a birthday cake symbolizing 30 years of glory was brought to the stage. All guests rose, singing Happy Birthday in unison and raising their glasses to offer heartfelt wishes for Jinxing Group’s 30th anniversary.
