CMC to Close Second Tranche in Ten Days and Announces Resignation of Director

As announced on August 17th, the Company intends to raise up to C$500,000 through a non-brokered private placement. The proposed terms are to sell flow-through units of the Company (each, a "FT Unit") at a price of C$0.12 per FT Unit and non-flow-through units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.10 per Unit.
