Los 7 Ángeles Añejo is produced from hand-selected 7-10-year-old Blue Weber agave and aged for a minimum of 18 months in American white oak barrels. The tequila is fully additive-free and follows traditional methods including clay brick oven roasting, open-air fermentation, copper pot distillation exceeding 50% ABV, and extended barrel aging.
