Rebecca Sposita, President of  Sam Bernstein Law and esteemed attorney, is set to release her debut book, Win Win: Helping Organizations Mitigate Legal Risk for the Common Good, on January 5, 2025.

This transformative guide delves into the complexities of legal risk management, offering organizations practical insights to turn potential conflicts into opportunities for growth while championing ethical, community-centered practices.

Rebecca Sposita, a distinguished alumna of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program, has dedicated her career to advocating for justice and driving impactful change. Since joining The Sam Bernstein Law Firm in 2009, she has built a reputation as a powerhouse in legal practice, championing high-profile cases, including several survivors of Larry Nassar’s assaults, victims of medical malpractice, and individuals with disabilities

Beyond her work in the law firm, Sposita serves on the executive boards of the Michigan Association for Justice and Divine Mercy Academy, a school dedicated to children with special needs. Her commitment to community service and advocacy for vulnerable populations underscores her belief that the legal profession can be a force for good.

Rebecca resides with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Jake and Justin, in Michigan.
