The Florida Education Institute proudly celebrates the triumphant conclusion of Chef Liz Terletskaia’s European Mirror-Glazed Mousse Dessert Master Class, held August 26–28, 2025, in Miami.

Over three inspiring days, 40 aspiring pastry program students immersed themselves in the art of creating stunning mirror-glazed mousse desserts, earning certifications under the expert guidance of renowned pastry chef Liz Terletskaia.

Participants mastered advanced techniques, including flawless mirror glazing and intricate layering, producing desserts that were as visually spectacular as they were delicious. 

Chef Liz’s hands-on approach and multicultural expertise transformed the classroom into a hub of creativity and precision, empowering students to elevate their pastry skills to professional levels. Many walked away with certifications, marking a significant achievement in their culinary careers.
