Bright Horizons Announces Virtual National Hiring Day for Early Childhood Educators on May 26

Offers no-cost education program for full-time employees

Leading child care provider Bright Horizons announced today it is hosting a virtual National Hiring Day event on Wednesday, May 26th, aimed at hiring Teachers and Associate Teachers across the country. Bright Horizons has hundreds of full-time and part-time positions available in its Infant, Toddler, Twos and Preschool/Pre-K classrooms, and offers employees extensive benefits and the opportunity to play a leading role in establishing young children’s lifelong love of learning.

Bright Horizons continually invests in the teaching profession, and believes that the best learning starts with the best teachers. That’s why all Bright Horizons educators have the opportunity to earn early education college degrees – for free – through the Horizons Teacher Degree Program. By enrolling in this first-of-its-kind benefit program, our employees do not have to pay for tuition and related costs to earn an associate or bachelor’s degree at a public or private institution.

Available to all full-time employees in the company’s early education centers and preschools, the Horizons Teacher Degree Program has enrolled more than 2,000 child care teachers.  This unique benefit offers a path to continue an employee’s education and advance their role within the company. Bright Horizons has repeatedly been named one of FORTUNE’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” and offers extensive benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

“We’re excited to host our virtual national hiring event that will expand our team and offer early childhood education career opportunities for job seekers across the United States,” said Felicia Robinson, Chief People and Inclusion Officer for Bright Horizons. “A career in early childhood education at Bright Horizons is more than just a job, but a rewarding experience to help shape the hearts and minds of our youngest learners surrounded by a community of supportive colleagues who help grow one another’s careers along the way.”

On the day of the event, a team of Bright Horizons recruiters will be available via Webex video eager to meet early childhood educators between 11:00AM to 2:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM in participants’ local time zones. Participants will utilize breakout rooms to allow for engaging one-on-one conversations with no time restrictions. For those who complete an application before the event, same-day interviews and job offers may be extended.

Attendees can RSVP to Bright Horizons’ National Hiring Day event by visiting https://www.eventbrite.com/e/bright-horizons-national-hiring-event-virtual-tickets-153661721345. Once registered, attendees will receive instructions and a link prior to the start of the event.
