The Company expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter 2023 on September 12, 2023, regaining compliance with the applicable Nasdaq Listing Rules

Edgio, Inc. (Nasdaq: EGIO) (the “Company” or “Edgio”), the platform of choice for speed, security, and simplicity at the edge, today announced it will report financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. EDT (1:00 p.m. PDT).

The Company expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2023 (The Form 10-Q), at the same time, which will make it fully compliant with the requirements for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Listing Rule”).
