Papa Johns to Host Analyst and Investor Meeting on December 12, 2024

President and Chief Executive Officer Todd Penegor to share insights from his first 100 days; Moderate fireside chat with key leaders

Papa John's International, Inc. (Nasdaq: PZZA) (“Papa Johns^©”) today announced that it will host an analyst and investor meeting where President and Chief Executive Officer Todd Penegor will share insights from his first 100 days at Papa Johns and moderate a fireside chat with key leaders. The in-person event will take place in Atlanta on December 12, 2024, at 10:00 am ET and will be simultaneously webcast live.

Mr. Penegor, along with Ravi Thanawala, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, International, will deliver prepared remarks, in addition to hosting a fireside chat with Joe Sieve, Chief Restaurant and Development Officer, Kevin Vasconi, Chief Digital and Technology Officer, and other members of our executive leadership team. No formal financial guidance will be provided during this meeting.

The meeting will begin at 10:00 am ET and conclude at approximately 12:00 pm ET. Following management presentations and Q&A, in-person attendees will have the opportunity to sample Papa Johns product offerings from around the globe while interacting with members of our management team.

A live video webcast of the formal programming will be available on the Papa Johns Investor Relations website.
