Appointment underscores firm’s commitment to its ‘work smart’ model, talent development, and Team Alpha innovation engine as drivers of performance

WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT), a global financial innovator, today announced the appointment of Beena Joseph as Global Head of Human Resources.

Joseph joined WisdomTree in 2014 through the firm’s acquisition of Boost ETP and has since been a driving force in building out the company’s HR function in Europe. Over more than a decade, she has strengthened people practices, partnered with business leaders, and played a central role on WisdomTree’s Global HR Committee, ensuring that human resources remain at the heart of the firm’s growth and culture.

As Global Head of HR, Joseph will report directly to President and COO Jarrett Lilien. In this role, she will oversee WisdomTree’s global human resources strategy, leading initiatives to strengthen company culture, expand training and talent development, and ensure consistent alignment of WisdomTree’s unique ‘work smart’ approach across regions. Joseph will join the U.S. Operating Committee while continuing to serve on the European Executive Management Team, ensuring strong global coordination.

Beena Joseph has more than 11 years of experience in human resources, with over a decade at WisdomTree. She has held roles of increasing responsibility, including HR Manager, Head of HR for Europe, and Head of Irish Office. She has led global HR initiatives, guided organizational change, and founded WisdomTree’s Women’s Initiative Group in Europe, fostering mentorship and leadership opportunities for women.

Prior to WisdomTree, Joseph held management positions in hospitality. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a diploma in Hotel Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
