Entegris, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTG), today reported its financial results for the Company’s third quarter ended September 27, 2025. Fourth Quarter Outlook For the Company’s guidance for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2025, the Company expects sales of $790 million to $830 million. We expect GAAP net income to be between $53 million and $64 million and diluted earnings per common share is expected to be between $0.35 and $0.42. On a non-GAAP basis, the Company expects diluted earnings per common share to range from $0.62 to $0.69, reflecting net income on a non-GAAP basis in the range of $95 million to $105 million. The Company also expects Adjusted EBITDA of approximately 26.5% to 27.5% of sales.
