Board of Directors approves quarterly cash dividend of $0.43 per share

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) today announced that its board of directors declared a $0.43 fourth-quarter 2025 dividend on the company’s common stock, payable December 1, 2025, to holders of the Common Stock of record at the close of business on November 7, 2025. The fourth-quarter 2025 cash dividend will be the 348th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
