On September 17, 2025, StubHub had its initial public offering.

On November 13, 2025, the Company released its first earnings since its IPO, revealing a free cash flow of negative $4.6 million in the third quarter of 2025, a 143% decrease from the Company’s free cash flow in the year ago period, which was positive $10.6 million.

On this news, StubHub’s stock price fell $3.95 or 20.9%, to close at $14.87 on November 14, 2025, a 36.7% decline from the Company’s IPO price of $23.50 a share, thereby injuring investors.
