• Chronic Care Plan: Tailored coverage experiences for members with cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome. Members can save up to $800 a year⁵ and get critical care for free. • Oscar for employers and employees: Personalized plans that give employees access to Oscar’s plans using tax-free contributions from their employer to buy individual health insurance. Employer-funded coverage in the individual market, also known as ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement), can save business 20% to 30%⁷ and employees $500 to $1,000 per year.⁸
