WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Bittner to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Banking, reporting to James (Jim) Wechsler, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Banking Officer.

Bittner succeeds Wechsler who was promoted to Chief Commercial Banking Officer effective January 1, 2025.

In her new role, Bittner will oversee operations, finance, sales strategy, and the credit development program for Commercial Banking.
