F5 Appoints Angelique Okeke as General Counsel

F5 (NASDAQ: FFIV) today announced the appointment of Angelique Okeke as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Okeke succeeds Scot Rogers, who is departing after 20 years with the company.

“Angelique is an accomplished executive and strategic thinker, combining a sharp legal mind with an empathetic approach to leadership,” said François Locoh-Donou, President and CEO of F5. “She has already been a force for positive change at F5, and her addition to our executive team will strengthen our ability to capture emerging opportunities and navigate the challenges of our fast-changing industry.”

Okeke joined F5 in April 2024 as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Commercial, bringing a wealth of experience in providing strategic counsel to large global organizations. Prior to F5, she spent eight years in senior leadership roles at Nike, most recently serving as Global and North America Consumer Marketplace General Counsel. Her earlier career includes legal leadership positions at AWS and Lotame, a leading data management and identity platform company.

“I am honored to step into this role at F5, a company that is driving cutting-edge innovation and is deeply committed to its values,” said Okeke. “I look forward to working with our teams to ensure F5’s legal and compliance efforts continue to serve our purpose to build a better digital world with our customers and partners.”

In his two decades with the company, Rogers played a central role as F5 successfully navigated business transformations, economic challenges, and key acquisitions, while fostering a strong culture of integrity and inclusivity.

“Scot has been a steadying presence and a trusted advisor throughout his distinguished career,” added Locoh-Donou. “He built a solid foundation and established a standard of excellence that I’m confident Angelique will strengthen.”
