Focus Financial Partners today announced the appointment of Zinovy Iosovich as Chief Growth Officer of its Focus Partners division, effective immediately.

The addition of Chief Growth Officer to its suite of executive roles reflects Focus’s commitment to sustained, intentional organic growth. Mr. Iosovich will initially prioritize driving organic growth within Focus Partners Wealth before broadening his work with the other Focus Partners firms. He will partner closely with Justin Ferri, Chief Operating Officer of Focus Financial Partners, to ensure growth strategies are operationalized and scalable.

In his new role, Mr. Iosovich will be responsible for strategic organic-growth planning, including developing and executing scalable organic-growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and driving business development across Focus Partners Wealth and the broader Focus Partners division. He will partner closely with leadership teams across the company to align organic-growth strategies with the organization’s overall strategic objectives, oversee the integration of organic-growth-focused initiatives across various business units, and ensure that the company’s expansion efforts are sustainable and aligned with its core values.

Mr. Iosovich previously served as President and Chief Services Officer of The Colony Group before its rebrand to Focus Partners Wealth, where he served as Co-President.
