Kevin Parker selected as Top CEO of the Year in Capital Management by IAOTP

Kevin Parker, Managing Partner at Sustainable Insight Capital Management, was recently selected as Top CEO of the Year in Capital Management by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.

Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself; only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All Honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.

With over three and a half decades of experience, Mr. Parker is responsible for all strategic and business aspects of the company. SICM provides asset owners a comprehensive suite of disciplined, systematic, and scalable investment strategies designed to help achieve their alpha-generating goals in U.S and International markets. Prior to SICM, Kevin was a Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank for 10 years and the former Global Head of Deutsche Asset Management from 2004 - 2012. Kevin is an outspoken advocate for a global shift towards sustainability, identifying climate change as a megatrend in 2004. He is also the owner of Chateau Maris, named one of the five most environmentally friendly wineries in the world by Wine Spectator Magazine.

Prior to his career, Mr. Parker earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Parker has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his accomplishments. This year, he will be considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. He will be honored at IAOTP's annual awards gala at Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville this December for his selection as Top CEO of the Year in Capital Management.

In addition to his successful career, Mr. Parker was a Board Member and former President of the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund from 2003-2016. This fund provided assistance to the families of NYC Police Officers and Fire Fighters who have been killed in the line of duty. In addition, he served on the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board(SASB). Kevin, an avid Opera fan, also served on the Board Member of the Metropolitan Opera from 2006 to 2012.
