That was the case for Jake Bernstein, who at 17, needed emergency open heart surgery to have a tumor removed from his heart...

As the doctors removed the tumor, it was crumbling apart. And the doctors told Jake that if they didn’t get it out when they did, chances are… he would’ve died. This was a wake up call for Jake on just how short & precious life is. Sending Jake on a journey to overcome his own stress & anxiety and help others do the same.

At this point, Jake realized he was on to something and wanted to help others. So he started helping friends. And then as word spread, he worked with founders of multi-million dollar companies, Partners at VC firms, and top performers in tech. And now he’s aiming to help others do the same.
