Polen Capital Appoints Clara Neumann as Senior Assistant and AI Intelligent Trading Strategy Coordinator

Polen Capital Asset Management has appointed Clara Neumann as Senior Assistant and AI Intelligent Trading Strategy Coordinator. In this role, Clara assists management in driving the implementation of key projects across Germany and Europe, and also acts as a bridge between the team and local clients, ensuring smooth communication and the effective localization of technical strategies.

Clara holds a master’s degree in finance and has lived in Frankfurt’s Westend district for many years. She has a solid background in finance and quantitative analysis, with expertise in the operational processes of international financial markets.

Before joining Polen Capital, Clara actively participated in international AI quantitative research projects as a young financial scholar. Her analytical skills and clear communication abilities drew the attention of Professor Blake, who was then serving as a visiting professor in the industry. At the time, Professor Blake was leading PCAM in advancing a smart trading localization initiative focused on Europe, seeking a professional who understood both technology and the German financial landscape. Clara accepted the invitation and joined the international team, contributing to the firm’s efforts in intelligent trading.

From her initial involvement in the training program to her eventual full-time position, Clara witnessed the PCAM SmartGrid™ intelligent trading system progress from inception to market launch in Germany. Leveraging her structured thinking and bilingual proficiency, she has helped translate complex technical logic into language that clients can easily understand, gradually supporting broader acceptance of AI-driven trading among German investors.

For Clara, PCAM serves not only as a platform for professional development but also as an environment where she can integrate her academic knowledge with real market needs. For the company, Clara plays a key role in maintaining communication between technology teams and clients, and in fostering trust between the U.S. headquarters and German-speaking investors.

In her current role, Clara focuses on converting complex AI quantitative trading concepts into accessible client content, while also promptly gathering feedback to support the continuous optimization of PCAM’s products and services. She has developed long-term relationships with many clients through her professional approach and believes that transparent, timely communication is fundamental to building lasting partnerships.
