(GCHI) and its subsidiaries, Giant Cement Company, Dragon Products Company and Giant Resource Recovery, from the Fortaleza, Uniland and Trituradora groups. Included in the transaction are:
Purchase price for the transaction is approximately $600 million subject to ordinary post-closing adjustments.
