CALGARY, Alberta, July 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of TransAlta Corporation (TSX: TA) (NYSE: TAC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per common share payable on Oct. 1, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 1, 2026.
