Over these last 8 years, the United States has experienced three different presidents, a pandemic, inflation, and significant disruptions to supply chains which inevitably altered the course of countless businesses, many of which had to close their doors.

MONQ quickly had to learn new ways to be flexible and lean while re-analyzing some of the business tools and relationships that they took for granted pre-pandemic. On a positive note, it strengthened their resolve to keep going and created a new type of efficiency within the company that might not have been realized if not for these unique circumstances.

In 2021 it was difficult to predict supply chain flow and when the dust cleared MONQ found itself overstocked with inventory. A deeply discounted, first-time-ever, inventory reduction sale was the only solution. Well, this solution turned out to be eye-opening for this company as orders began pouring in.

Clearly, customers were in need of a product like MONQ, certainly now more than ever, but in light of the current and historical inflation, their budgets were strained and sacrifices had to be made. MONQ looked at how the company might deepen its mission of making aromatherapy accessible to its customers.

Therefore, while other companies nationwide are raising prices, MONQ has announced a company-wide lowering of the retail price of all aromatherapy products!

The changes that kept the company going during the pandemic made it possible for MONQ to pass its savings along to the customer. When first released in 2014, a single MONQ Original Diffuser was $20. Today they are available at prices ranging from $12 each to $17 each with the addition of occasional promotions and other discounts.
