Laurelton, NY Author Publishes Biography

By: PR Leap
(PRLeap.com) "Egbert George Bygrave: His Story, His Legacy", a new book by Pauline Bygrave, has been released by RoseDog Books.

Pauline Bygrave had a special bond with her father; in her eyes, he was a hero. Her father was a people person, always lending a hand.

Egbert George loved his people in Calderwood, Stepney, where he grew up in Jamaica and saw the struggles and hardships they went through. From a dream he had when he was a young man, he built a well-needed clinic and a hall for the community.

By writing this book, Pauline shares her father's life from her eyes with her family and the world, but more so, she wants the world to know her father's story and the legacy he left behind.

This is not just a biography of her father, but some of her family history, the family, and the generations to come must know.

We celebrate Black History Month every year, and Pauline is adding one more name to the list of famous black people who made a difference in the world: Egbert George Bygrave.
