Grafton, WI Author Publishes Children's Book

By: PR Leap
(PRLeap.com) "Daddy Bear Finds His Happy Place", a new book by Kaylee Monroe, has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.

"Daddy Bear Finds His Happy Place" is about a little bear that goes on an adventure, discovering happy places and how he can find his own. When he is on his journey, he runs into his friends and they talk about their happy places.

This book explores the different types of happy places and what they can mean to different people, encouraging young ones to find their special happy place with a fresh perspective.

About the Author
Kaylee Monroe is a writer and a stay-at-home mom. She was inspired by her two kids, aged six and four, to finally bring this story to fruition. They have big feelings and Monroe believes that when a young child has a happy place that they can go to whenever those big feelings are overwhelming, it can help them as adults by learning to manage feelings internally.

Monroe is currently the president of a local moms group, previously holding other board positions for several years. She loves to be crafty. When she is not chasing her two boys around, you can often find Monroe in her craft room, sewing up a baby blanket or painting on canvas. She also enjoys baking and tries to bake whenever she can. Her husband is a big car guy, so during the summer, they take their boys to the racetrack weekly.

"Daddy Bear Finds His Happy Place" is a 34-page hardback with a retail price of $34.00 (eBook $29.00). The ISBN is 979-8-89027-346-8. Published by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
