Cache Valley Creamery Returns to Millcreek Farmers Market with Food Truck Cheese Festival

Cache Valley Creamery, Utah’s #1 cheese brand, is proud to announce its return to the Millcreek Farmers Market for the second annual Food Truck Cheese Festival, taking place at Millcreek Common (1354 E Chambers Ave) on July 9, 2025, from 5 PM to 8 PM. Hosted in partnership with Meadow Gold and Millcreek Farmers Market, this free, family-friendly evening celebrates local food, and all the delicious possibilities of cheese.

Guests can enjoy this family friendly event and enjoy a specially curated lineup of food trucks with a range of prices. Each food truck features exclusive dishes made with Cache Valley Creamery cheese:

• Smoke-A-Billy BBQ & Grill – Southern classics with green chili queso and mac & cheese.
• Mambo Truck – Gourmet nachos layered with a variety of meats with bold flavors and melty goodness.
• Bruges Deli Truck – Gourmet panini sandwiches, frites, reimagined with cheese.
• Millcreek Pizza House – Crispy, wood-fired pizzas topped with local flavor.
• Millcreek Coffee Roasters – Artisan cheese plates paired with locally roasted drinks for the perfect savory-sip combo.
• Twisted Sugar – Dirty sodas made with Meadow Gold cream and deliciously crafted cookies served with Meadow Gold milk.

In addition to delicious eats, guests can play the popular “Spin to Win It” prize wheel for a chance to win free food truck gift cards, swag, and more.

The Food Truck Cheese Fest takes place concurrently with the Millcreek Farmers Market as part of a larger food initiative.
