Softlogix Develops Sophisticated Integration Between Clover's POS and Hotel's PMS

Lodgipay provides cloud software designed to receive and manage on-property payments

CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Sept. 17, 2021 - PRLog -- Softlogix today announced its software integration designed to bridge the gap between the Clover's point of sale (POS) solution and hotel's property management software (PMS). Clover now integrates with Softlogix's Lodgipay software to streamline and enhance a hotel customer's experience and final billing.

The inspiration to combine systems came from the challenge that Clover was designed for stand-alone restaurants not located within a hotel. Lodgipay solves that issue.

"Clover is an easy, cloud-based point of sale system with many add-on features, said Softlogix CEO and Owner Eddie Lee. "Lodgipay integration solves the problem of having Clover's POS system which does not natively integrate with the a hotel's PMS system. For example, if a hotel guest visits the hotel bar or restaurant, they may want to charge food or drinks to their room. Lodgipay integrates Clover with the hotel's property management system, so Lodgipay can now open up the entire hotel market for Clover."

Lee continued, "The integration of both cloud-based software systems, Clover and Lodgipay, creates a combination to receive and manage payments, which are well suited for coffee shops, bars, retail stores/gift shops (sundries), minibars, restaurants, beach resorts, valet parking and guest charges at the hotel."

For hotels and resort properties, the cloud-based Clover and Lodgipay integration platform is valuable for table service restaurants, poolside snack bars and counter service.

Softlogix's Clover cloud-based system offers many options, such as mobile ordering, kitchen display systems, detailed reporting and labor management.
