On July 3, 2023, Summit Consolidated Group notified individuals that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to Summit Consolidated Group, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access on November 7, 2022. Summit Consolidated Group determined that the personal information exposed in the data breach includes: names and Social Security numbers.
