KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Sept. 10, 2025 - PRLog -- A 40-Year Friendship Inspires Action

Greg Justice and former Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Art Still first met in the early 1980s when Justice served as a trainer for the team. Over four decades, the two friends have authored four books together and spoken nationwide on healthy living. Their latest collaboration has a deeply personal motive: Still was recently diagnosed with hereditary ATTR amyloidosis, a rare disease in which abnormal proteins accumulate in organs and tissues, causing damage and dysfunction still4life.org.

Still co‑founded the Still 4 Life foundation to ensure that families have access to reliable information about the disease and to encourage early testing still4life.org. The organization does not endorse specific treatments or political viewpoints; its mission is to empower individuals, families and caregivers through awareness and education still4life.org.

"This challenge isn't just about defying age," said Justice. "It's about shining a light on a little‑known disease and supporting my friend Art. We want to inspire people to stay active at any age while helping families facing amyloidosis."

Still added, "I've seen firsthand how early detection can change outcomes. Our goal with Still 4 Life is to give others the fighting chance my family needed. Greg's willingness to put himself through 65 obstacles at 65 proves that you're never too old to make a difference."

Honoring a Mentor's Legacy

Justice credits fitness pioneer Jack LaLanne—famous for his televised feats on milestone birthdays—for inspiring the challenge. By blending Ninja Warrior skills with longevity training, Justice hopes to demonstrate that age does not limit strength or resilience while carrying forward LaLanne's message of lifelong vitality.
