This year, we are recognizing May as Be Boundless Month, a time to renew our focus on providing opportunities for associates to be boundless in their career development. This month, we'll be sharing stories from our associates about their own career development journeys at Alliance Data.

Up first is LaTonya Newsome, Consumer Support Group Associate, who has been with Alliance Data for six years and started out as a customer care associate with the intent to never stop growing. She started participating in department wide projects and became a peer mentor to help train other associates. One piece of advice LaTonya has for others looking to grow in their careers is something she often said to herself during her career journey, “Don’t stop, even when you feel like no one sees the hard work you put in." She explains that moving towards a goal may feel exhausting at times, but the harder you work the more experienced and well prepared you'll be to meet the expectations and qualifications of that next position.
