WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THAT FINAL TOTAL, INCLUDING TODAY'S NUMBERS. BUT WE COULD SEE A LARGE TURNOUT ON THE LAST DAY OF EARLY VOTING. WRAL'S KARLIE HAY.
