More than 1 million North Carolinians are expected to head to the polls Tuesday to pick a president, governor, state superintendent, state legislature and dozens of other officials who operate federal, state and local government. Here's what you need to know.

THIS YOU'RE ASKED WHAT IF I VOTE EARLY, BUT THEN SOMETHING HAPPENS AND I CHANGE MY MIND. CAN THEY RETRIEVE MY ALLOW ME TO CAST A NEW WANT. I KNOW I JUST TOLD YOU THEY CAN RETRIEVE YOUR BALLOT.
