TEGNA recognized for 42 percent female board representation
TEGNA Inc. (NYSE: TGNA) announced today that it was honored by the Womenโs Forum of New York at its sixth biennial โBreakfast of Corporate Championsโ (BCC) event for achieving 42 percent female representation on its board of directors. At the event, TEGNA was recognized as a corporate game-changer for promoting womenโs leadership in the boardroom.

For 2021, the Womenโs Forum is saluting 243 companies from the S&P 500 and FORTUNE 1000 that have achieved 35 percent, or more, female representation on their corporate boards.
