Eastman Increases Dividend for 14th Consecutive Year

The Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE: EMN) has declared an increase in the quarterly cash dividend from $0.79 to $0.81 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Jan. 5, 2024, to stockholders of record as of Dec. 18, 2023.

โ€œWe remain committed to our long history of returning cash to our stockholders, and I am pleased that we are increasing our dividend for the 14th consecutive year,โ€ said Willie McLain, executive vice president and chief financial officer. โ€œThis action reflects the Boardโ€™s confidence in our ability to deliver solid earnings and continue our record of generating strong cash flow.โ€
