A few highlights from the Fiscal 2025 report include:
Recycling:
- Opened our world-leading Engineering and Technology Center in Hilliard, OH,
- Broke ground on a $30 million expansion at our Cordele, GA ADS Recycling facility, and
- Purchased over 500 million pounds of recycled material, continuing ADSโ track record as one of North Americaโs largest plastic recyclers.
Environmental Impact Reduction:
- Received validation on our science-based targets (SBTs) from the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), targeting to achieve a 50.4% reduction of our Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions and 30% reduction in our Scope 3, Category 1 emissions in line with a 1.5ยฐC trajectory.
Accountability:
- Received limited assurance on Fiscal 2025 Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions, and
- Developed a comprehensive Climate Adaptation and Resilience Plan to guide our climate strategy.
Social Purpose:
- Supported the ADS Foundation in over $1.2 million of charitable giving focused on our mission.
Operational Excellence:
- Achieved a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), a company-wide safety performance metric, of 1.96 โ 39% lower than the average among our industry in the United States.
