(NYSE: SAR) (โ€œSaratoga Investment,โ€ โ€œSaratogaโ€ or โ€œthe Companyโ€) today announced that the Company commenced distribution of proxy materials to the Companyโ€™s stockholders for the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the โ€œAnnual Meetingโ€) to be held on September 28, 2023.
