(NYSE: PSTL) (the โCompanyโ), an internally managed real estate investment trust that owns and manages over 2,150 properties leased primarily to the United States Postal Service (the โUSPSโ), ranging from last-mile post offices to industrial facilities, announced today that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the Companyโs Class A common stock in the amount of $0.2425 per share. This represents a 1.0% increase from the second quarter 2024 dividend. The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2025.
