Peteโ€™s Fresh Market, founded in the early 1970s as a small produce stand on Chicago's South Side, has expanded significantly, recently opening its 18th store and planning additional locations in Orland Park, Oak Park, Tinley Park, New Lenox, and Palos Heights.
