With over 20 years of experience in leadership, Matt’s vision aligns perfectly with IMUA’s commitment to innovation, professional development, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining IMUA, Matt served as CEO of Kodeco.com, where he led a global team of over 300 employees and contractors, oversaw a successful company rebrand, and developed innovative, customizable learning assessments that advanced professional certifications. Under his leadership, the company significantly expanded its reach and impact in professional education.
