Falco Resourcesย (TSX.V: FPC)ย confirmedย that all five nominees listedย inย its Nov. 4, 2025, management information circular were elected to the Board of Directors and that Alexander Dann has been appointed Chair of the Board, succeeding Mario Caron, who continues as lead director.
