Curalta has rapidly expanded from 30 providers to more than 100, with plans to double again in the new year. With new payer enrollments constantly underway, Curalta was lacking a centralized system, leading to repetitive data entry and gaps in tracking. Provider App Adoption
Curalta recently introduced Incredable’s Provider App company-wide at their annual conference in late September, giving providers a secure way to send and receive e-signatures and track applications in one place. “We just launched the app internally, and so far, I’ve been having such positive feedback. Our CMO loves it, and it’s valuable to see workflows from the providers’ perspective.” Features like task visibility, Ready Forms with e-signatures, and push notifications offer additional efficiency for providers on the go.
Platform Enhancements
In addition to the Provider App’s strong early adoption, Curalta also highlighted how recent updates inside the core platform have improved day-to-day efficiency. “A lot of new things have popped up. I know the automated task alerts are a lot more streamlined; I like the new look.” These enhancements make it easier for their team to stay on top of credentialing workflows and ensure nothing slips through the cracks as they continue to scale. “The communication that Incredible is letting us have, as far as the comments and the tasks and the workflows, works well for us.”
Looking Ahead: CAQH & TIVA
Looking ahead, Curalta sees Incredable as an essential solution to managing their growing volume of providers and payer enrollments. “We’re hoping to add another 100 providers next year. With the Incredable platform, it’s going to be a lot easier to manage all their information.”
Curalta is especially excited about the upcoming enhancements to Incredable’s platform, particularly around CAQH integration and the TIVA Token Rewards incentive. Today, their team relies on manual reminders and expiration-date workarounds to keep CAQH attestations up to date. The ability to automatically pull data from CAQH into Incredable and track attestation dates will eliminate a significant manual burden. With this feature already in development, Curalta sees it as a major step forward in streamlining its enrollment workflows.
TIVA is Incredable’s built-in digital rewards system that automatically gives administrators and providers tokens for routine tasks like logging in, uploading documents, or verifying credentials, turning everyday compliance into lasting value. “TIVA is very futuristic. I don’t think anyone has that on the market; very interesting things are happening at Incredable,” added Curalta.
