Take a Moment This Mother’s Day to Thank the Moms in Your Life

For P&G moms and caregivers, there are a variety of company programs, initiatives and policies that set them up for success and enable a healthy work-life balance. This includes our Share The Care paid parental leave, which makes newborn care unbiased by gender, and no longer places an undue burden on new moms by enabling both caregivers to stay at home with a newborn.
In addition, P&G strongly supports a variety of gender equality issues to help level the field for all women, including taking the lead in how women are portrayed in media, especially in advertising. P&G is also a strong advocate for getting more women in STEM and recently highlighted five P&G female scientists who discussed how they have succeeded at P&G to help end the stigma that women can’t succeed in STEM careers.

And of course, moms around the world have trusted P&G products for more than 100 years — for both themselves and for their children. In 2022, we’re continuing to be a champion for mom, including Pampers’ ongoing commitment to Black Maternal Healthcare.
Being a mom will always be challenging, so let’s give them a moment to exhale while we say “thank you” and celebrate all the mom’s and mother figures in our lives. And let’s make it a point to never stop.
