("Predictmedix" or the "Company") (CSE:PMED)(OTCQB:PMEDF), a leading provider of rapid health screening solutions powered by proprietary artificial intelligence (AI), announces a proposed private placement. The Company intends to issue 10,510,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per unit to investors for gross proceeds of $1,051,100. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), whereby each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of two years from closing at an exercise price of $0.15 per share.

The Company expects to close the private placement next week. Net proceeds will be used for general operations (working capital) including business development and technology upgrades. All securities issued in connection with the private placement will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance of the securities.
