Seth Frazier brings more than three decades of value-based care and consulting leadership experience across the provider, payer and digital health landscapes

A highly respected health system and startup C-suite executive with deep experience in value-based contracting, strategic transformation and partnerships, Frazier has a proven track record of translating innovation into market-leading clinical and business outcomes for prominent health care organizations across the country.

Throughout his career, Frazier’s focus has been on innovation, transformation and strategy, where he has led teams at both startups and premier health systems. At Manatt, he advises a diverse range of stakeholders—including pediatric hospitals, emerging digital health companies, academic medical centers and integrated health systems—on driving strategic transformation and advancing value-based care. He is also known as a pioneer in provider-sponsored risk and globally capitated pediatric care. He has additionally led system strategy, partnerships and business development for national innovators.

Prior to joining Manatt, Frazier served as chief business officer for a leading population- and value-based substance use disorder and mental health provider, where he drove growth and helped expand its population health model. Before that, he led business development for a patient experience software platform to better connect patients, clinicians and caregivers. Frazier has also held chief strategy officer and chief transformation officer roles for multibillion-dollar health systems with integrated health plans, a preeminent children’s hospital and a publicly traded population health infrastructure company.

Frazier earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as a Kaiser Fellow and Kaiser Award Winner and his B.A. in economics (honors) from Haverford College.
