Mr. Mobley, who has built a career advising global companies and executives on public affairs and corporate communications, brings over two decades of experience in reputation management and senior policy and regulatory advisory-related communications counsel, strengthening H/Advisors Abernathy’s public affairs and policy advocacy offerings.

Before joining H/Advisors Abernathy, Mr. Mobley served as Head of Global Corporate Public Relations, Executive Communications and Public Affairs at global asset manager T. Rowe Price. In this role, Mr. Mobley expanded the company’s public affairs and political advocacy functions, shaping the firm’s approach to both policy and political engagements with lawmakers and financial services regulators. Mr. Mobley also managed a full suite of corporate communications issues and opportunities while at T. Rowe, leading its crisis communications and issues management functions while building the firm’s first full-scale executive communications strategy.

He also previously held senior roles at two global strategic communications firms. Earlier in his career, he worked as an advisor to former New Jersey Governor and Senator Jon S. Corzine.
