It's a strong way to close off trading for the week, as Dogecoin has reached monthly highs already. The DOGE price has hit $0.27 on its spike, but Dogecoin is still at an impasse. At least, until some significant hype drives the token price.

Ali Martinez has stated that only a break above the $0.29 level can cause the bullish rally that everyone expects from the Dogecoin token. For now, the meme coin still has significant resistance at $0.29 to contend with.
