What’s Happening:
- Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (“RCI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: RICK) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired RCI securities between December 15, 2021 and September 16, 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).
