Murphy Law Firm Investigates on Behalf of the 101,541 Individuals whose Personal and Protected Health Information was Exposed in the Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY - Aug. 11, 2022 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving First Choice Community Healthcare, Inc. ("First Choice"). On March 27, 2022, First Choice became aware of a likely data breach involving its network. Based on a forensic investigation, First Choice confirmed that cybercriminals had infiltrated its systems and gained unauthorized access to certain files, including files containing patients' personal and protected health information. According to First Choice, cybercriminals accessed or acquired the personal and protected health information of 101,541 individuals. The personal information exposed in the data breach includes:
