PUNE, India - March 25, 2025 - PRLog -- Talentica Software, a pure-play product engineering company, has announced the winners of its second remote hackathon, held from February 21 to 23. This dynamic event set new benchmarks, serving as a platform for creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

The company has a strong tradition of hosting hackathons on emerging technologies. Participants ranged from fresh graduates to senior tech leaders, including CTO Manjusha Madabushi. Last year, Talentica organized a GenAI hackathon to explore its potential in enhancing remote work. This year, the focus was on Agentic AI.

The event brought together 30 teams comprising 130 software engineers, QAs, DevOps professionals, architects, and UX designers. The topic even intrigued non-tech participants. Teams were challenged to build AI-driven solutions for real-world problems, such as smart assistants, customer support automation, and process optimization. Solutions had to incorporate agentic AI to address complex challenges requiring collaboration, parallel decision-making, and adaptability. Multi-agent systems—where specialized agents handle distinct tasks—enhance efficiency, scalability, and problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Over 48 hours of intense coding, brainstorming, and problem-solving, participants built 30 innovative projects.

"Hackathons enable Talenticans to collaborate across teams, stay ahead of trends, and gain hands-on experience. The remote setup was challenging but didn't deter participation," said Anindita Dey, Senior Manager – People Group.

Judging criteria included idea, implementation, design, and presentation. Judges praised the innovative ideas and meaningful collaboration within the AI development community.

"It was amazing to see creativity and problem-solving in action. The energy was inspiring, and the ideas truly innovative," said Aniket Shaligram, VP of Technology.

CTO Manjusha Madabushi congratulated the winning team, Circuit Hackers, who built a dynamic dashboard enabling users to create and customize data visualization widgets using natural language. They received ₹1 lakh in gift vouchers and the opportunity to refine their prototype for production use.

Team QB secured the runner-up spot with a solution featuring search capabilities, personalized profiles through NLP, template modifications, and LangChain-based tools. Team Virtual Vanguard won Best Idea, while Team AIncredibles won Best Presentation.
