Jim has been involved in financing mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and recapitalizations to name a few. Perrotta has been involved in all aspects of asset-based lending, including new business, credit, underwriting, operations, and audit.

Additionally, Perrotta has been a Partner in a turnaround firm and has provided turnaround consulting and debt placement services.

During his career Jim has held positions of responsibility with various lenders including Bank of America, Commercial Credit Business Loans, Inc., Marine Midland Bank, Maryland National Industrial Finance, Whirlpool Financial Corporation, Fremont Financial Corporation, FINOVA, Textron Financial Corporation and First Capital Corporation.

Mr. Perrotta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University and has done various post graduate course work at Syracuse University.
