RedwoodX Exchange announces the launch of its real-time AI Customer Assistant designed to enhance user support efficiency, reduce service latency, and deliver consistent multilingual experiences across global markets.

During internal pilot testing conducted across Asia-Pacific and European user bases, the AI Customer Assistant achieved a 92.6% resolution rate for Tier 1 inquiries and reduced average wait time by over 87%. Feedback also indicated a 34% increase in user satisfaction for first-contact resolutions.

The assistant is powered by RedwoodX's in-house AI core, Axion NLP Engine, which is being further optimized to support sentiment routing, predictive response sequencing, and regional compliance customization.
